Stoicism - The difference between think and act !

Bem, este é um dos post's do Tim Ferriss que eu li e nele vi a malta do almoço =)!
Fala sobre o estoicismo e como o conforto acaba por ser o nosso pior inimigo. Gosto particularmente das partes:
